$375 off each of your first two months’ rent – a total of $750.00

  • Must deposit by July 1
  • Must move in within 30 days of deposit

OR

$500 off your community fee

  • Must deposit by July 1
  • Must move in within 30 days of deposit

Independent Living

$500 off each of your first two month’s rent – a total of $1,000

  • Must deposit by July 1
  • Must move in within 30 days of deposit
  • Must refer one friend to join us for lunch within 60 days of living at CCC&S

OR

$300 off your community fee

  • Must deposit by July 1
  • Must move in within 30 days of deposit
