CCC&S Fort Worth offers wellness activities, such as Tai Chi Body Balance classes, in the Wellness Center. There is a 5-acre stocked lake for resident and resident-family enjoyment in the community. The property is along the Cherry Blossom Trail, which leads to Panther Island and downtown Fort Worth.

Christian Care Hospice is a faith-based, nonprofit, licensed, and certified agency providing home care under the direction and medical guidance of a physician to clients in Dallas/Fort Worth areas and all North Texas.
Our services are built to fit the individual needs of each client. Services often include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management and reminders, companionship, and assistance with other activities of daily living.
