Parks Memory Care

Parks Memory Care Assisted Living opened in January 2018 on the Christian Care Communities & Services community in Fort Worth.

The community has 15 private apartments and is built on the small house care concept, with the care centers around a smaller number of residents. Parks Memory Care Assisted Living has a dining room and two separate living spaces, along with an outdoor garden atrium. The staff has memory care training and a Life Enrichment Director who is a full-time Certified Dementia Practitioner.
